Shipping methods

Shipments are made throughout Greece in cooperation with courier companies. Orders placed by the afternoon are placed on the same day and sent immediately.

The products are delivered from the “Prelorentzos” store to the courier company within 1 to 3 working days from the confirmation of your order. Products with a relevant indication are excluded.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days and hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Ability to ship on Saturday is available upon option and provided as a service for the country of destination.

There is always the possibility of receiving your order from the store, during working days and hours.

* During the period 1-31 August, delivery times may change, due to the summer holidays of your workshops and store. Please contact us to confirm the delivery date of your order.

Transportation costs

Orders worth € 50.00 or more are sent free of charge.

For orders under € 50.00 the shipping cost is € 5.00.

The listed prices include VAT.

Your name should be written as a reason, while the name of the beneficiary will appear “Antonis Prelorentzos”.

For your own better and faster service, if you proceed with a deposit, send the copy of the bank deposit by email to info@prelorentzos.gr or inform us by phone about the amount and the bank you have chosen.

Payment by debit or credit card

It is the safest way of payment, as all payments are made through the environment of Eurobank, with the ProxyPay3 system that guarantees the security of the transaction and does not disclose payment details to the company. You can pay interest-free installments as long as your credit card is on the list of eligible interest-free installments supported by the system. Choose Visa or Mastercard with interest-free monthly installments for immediate and easy payment

Cash on delivery (valid only for Greece)

You pay upon receipt of your order. The service only accepts cash.

Returns policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the market within 14 days (upon receipt). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement, before the expiration of the above 14-day period. The customer must return the product in excellent condition upon receipt. The basic condition for the withdrawal is that the returned product has not been used, is in excellent condition, just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, etc.) which should not have any damage / deterioration, and with all the contents of the original packaging. To be accompanied by the receipt or the purchase invoice as well as by all the original documents with which it was sent (guarantee, instructions for use)

In case of return of the products you can either request a replacement or a refund of your money, which will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products.

After the expiration of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment, there is no right to return your order.

Refunds are made on the original payment method, unless at the time of purchase you chose cash on delivery. Refunds in this case will be made by deposit in the customer’s bank account. Necessary condition for the customer to inform via email at info@prelorentzos.gr about his account number (IBAN), the bank where he holds the account and the name of the beneficiary as it is written in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one selected in the invoice information and indicated on the purchase receipt.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract of sale, we will refund all the money we received from you, including shipping costs if you had chosen as the method of delivery the cheapest standard delivery method offered by our company.

Additional shipping costs due to your choice (eg cash on delivery) are not included in the shipping costs that will be refunded by our company.

You only bear the cost of returning the products and it is at your discretion and responsibility to choose the way of returning and delivering the products to the company. Alternatively you can bring the products to our store Roubesi 65 Neos Kosmos

In which cases no changes or refunds are made:

** Returns of products made to order are not accepted or a modification has been requested in relation to the original design, eg resizing.

** In seasonal items (charms)

** The products that are on offer

** Straps for watches that can not be returned for hygiene reasons

** Purchases sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products but can not be redeemed for cash

Defective products

In case of defective product you can

1) ask us to repair it at no cost

2) request a replacement, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs

3) request a price reduction in relation to the defect

4) request the withdrawal from the market

In any case the product should be checked by us to confirm the defect

Defective watch

These are the sole responsibility of the suppliers, the official representatives and the manufacturers who deliver the products to the company packaged. The company undertakes to manage the entire process of repairing products, receiving and transporting to and from the respective dealer / manufacturer / supplier according to the warranty terms of each company. In this case and if the products are within the time period defined by the applicable legislation or the respective company as a guarantee period, the shipping costs are borne by our company, otherwise the customer undertakes them.

The jewelry store “Prelorentzos” is not responsible for any damage and wear of the products after their use or due to improper use and in no case is obliged to replace. In this case the cost of repair and any shipping is borne by the customer.

Return Request

To return products you must follow the steps below.

Fill in the relevant withdrawal form

Send us an e-mail at info@prelorentzos.gr with the indication “Return” and reference of the order code.

The withdrawal form must be sent with the product.

* The store “PRELORENTZOS” does not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage of the product during the transfer of the return

* In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete the store

“PRELORENTZOS” has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally offset his claim against the customer’s claim.
