JEWELRY REPAIR
Jewelry is created with art and care. Every handmade jewelry is unique and to maintain its original condition it needs care! So for the sake of care, a process not so difficult for you as long as you follow some tips such as:
- Keep your jewelry separate from each other in a jewelry box.
- It is best not to come in contact with creams, colognes, sweat or chemicals.
- Jewelry with precious stones should be checked at reasonable intervals as frequent blows can disrupt the nailing of the stone.
In addition to the above, accidents occur, a blow, a pull or a contact with chemicals can occur. In this case we can undertake the repair of your jewelry.
Repair techniques we use depending on the wear:
Jewelry that broke
The gluing of the broken jewelry can be done either with the use of adhesive material or with laser.
We use the first technique in more durable and thick jewelry which has little or no stones and can withstand fire and adhesive. After welding, the jewelry is polished so that the point where it was stuck is not visible.
The second technique, that of the laser, we use it in more sensitive jewelry (mainly thin), in jewelry with stones that can not withstand high temperatures and those that have enamel. Varnishing is followed in this technique as well.
Jewelry that tanned
The color changes but not the jewelry. Contact with colognes, creams, cleansers and antiseptics can affect the color of the jewelry. There is also the possibility that your jewelry will be affected by heavy sweating as well as by improper storage. Cleaning with a special brush and plating will bring the color back to normal.
Jewelry that lost its shape
Rings or bracelets are the jewelry that most often lose their shape after pressing or hitting. Only a full (solid) piece of jewelry can return to its original shape. Unfortunately an empty jewel (hollow) is impossible to repair.
Jewelry that lost stones

JEWELERY CLEANING

JEWELRY POLISHING
When we polish a piece of jewelry, it means that we restore its gloss. Polishing should be done on jewelry that has damage from marks and abrasions.
The jewelry is polished in special brushes, cleaned in the ultrasonic machine and, if necessary, plated.
With the method of plating there is the possibility of maintaining or changing the shade of the jewelry.
